All of our products will be shipped directly to you from our warehouse. Shipping time varies depending on the part of the country you are having it shipped to but normally your product will arrive within 7-10 after you have placed your order and your payment has been processed. We do have a rush option for an extra charge, make sure to ask us about it if you want this option.If you receive a product that is damage, we will replace it at no cost to you. Simply contact us with the problem and we will work with you to make sure you receive the product in satisfactory condition.
